I found the location very convenient near plaça d'espanya. access to public transport was easy, especially the metro. the staff were friendly and helpful when i needed assistance. the underground garage was secure and made parking easy. I felt relaxed.
the wifi connection in my room was intermittent and occasionally dropped. this made it difficult to work at times.

The location provides easy access to the metro. The staff stored my luggage. The apartment was tidy and it had everything I needed. The building was looked super fresh, and the staff was very helpful at check in.
The walls were a little thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

The room wasn't really ready when we checked in. It seemed like they rushed. the staff at reception weren't friendly and seemed dismissive. we were supposed to get an upgrade, but it was actually the room we had already booked.

The secure underground garage provided easy parking. The location is close to many attractions and very peaceful. The rooms were super clean and spacious. The outdoor pool was a superb spot to relax. There are also many restaurants nearby. Public transport is easily accessible, simplifying city navigation.
The soundproofing between rooms is not optimal.
